Do you offer corporate balloon décor in Toronto?
Yes. Mega City Balloons provides custom corporate balloon décor in Toronto and the GTA for brand activations, grand openings, office events, product launches, trade shows, milestone celebrations, and company events.
Can you customize balloons with our company logo?
Yes. We can customize select balloons with your company logo, brand name, event slogan, or custom text. Logo balloons are a great option for grand openings, brand activations, trade shows, and corporate events.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery and setup are available across Toronto and the GTA. We can deliver to offices, hotels, malls, storefronts, restaurants, schools, venues, and corporate spaces.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. We can design your balloon décor around your company colours, event theme, or preferred colour palette. Exact colour matching depends on balloon availability, but we always do our best to create a polished brand-inspired design.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for corporate events. For larger installations, branded balloons, or custom logo work, more notice is best to allow time for design, materials, and preparation.
How do I request a corporate balloon quote?
You can fill out our corporate inquiry form with your event date, location, event type, colours, logo, budget, and décor needs. The more details you provide, the easier it is for us to create an accurate quote.

Personal Events FAQs

Do you offer balloon décor for birthdays, graduations, and personal events?
Yes. We offer custom balloon décor for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, proposals, anniversaries, milestone events, and private celebrations across Toronto and the GTA.
Do you deliver outside of Toronto?
Yes. We deliver outside of Toronto when available. Delivery fees are based on your location, order size, setup requirements, and travel distance.
Do you have a storefront?
No, we do not currently have a storefront. However, we do offer pickup from our home base in Etobicoke for eligible orders.
Do you offer same-day balloon pickup or delivery?
Sometimes. Same-day orders are not guaranteed, but we may be able to accommodate smaller orders such as helium balloon arrangements or smaller non-helium décor. For same-day requests, please call us at 647-703-8326 to check availability. Next-day pickup or delivery is available for many smaller orders.
How long do helium balloons last?
Helium balloon float time depends on the balloon type, size, and environment. Treated 11-inch latex balloons are filled with Hi-Float and usually last a minimum of 12 hours. Larger latex balloons and foil balloons typically last longer. Indoor conditions help balloons last longer, while heat, direct sunlight, cold, wind, or outdoor placement can reduce float time.
Do you offer fresh floral arrangements?
Yes. Fresh floral arrangements may be available as an add-on for select balloon designs, gift arrangements, and special occasion setups. Availability may depend on the season, flower type, and order notice.
Can I customize the colours and wording?
Yes. Many of our balloon arrangements can be customized with your preferred colours, name, age, message, theme, logo, or event wording. Some products also allow image or design uploads.
How far in advance should I place a personal event order?
For smaller balloon arrangements, we recommend ordering at least 1–3 days in advance when possible. For larger setups, custom colours, personalization, or event installations, 1–2 weeks’ notice is best.
Are balloons suitable for outdoor events?
Some balloon décor can be used outdoors, but outdoor balloons are affected by weather, wind, heat, sun, and rain. Outdoor setups may require additional support and may have an added fee depending on the design.
Do you offer pickup for smaller balloon orders?
Yes. Pickup is available for select smaller orders from our home base in Etobicoke. Pickup availability depends on the product, order size, and schedule.
